Ashley and I went to college together and I was so excited when she asked me to take her engagement portraits! Her fiancé, Corey and his son, Corey are the sweetest and we had so much fun!
The weather on Saturday was absolute perfection! Have I mentioned that Spring is my favorite season? It was clear blue skies with a little breeze and a warm 75 degrees! It doesn’t get better than that!
Her fiancé, Corey, is a Sheriff in St. Bernard so we started the session in his uniform. Then for the second half, they switched into the perfect spring outfits! Ashley did a great job of coordinating everyone and my favorite part of her outfit was her fabulous earrings!
When the session first started, Corey Jr. was a little nervous and wouldn’t talk to me. He sat back and watched as we did some engagement pictures and he started to warm up. Of course, like any 5 year old boy, he would look away and say “ew” when I had Ashley and his dad kiss! Fast forward to the middle of the session and you can see the grin on his face from ear to ear! 🤗 He had so much fun posing for the camera and checking out the pictures of himself!
I cannot wait for their wedding in November! Corey Jr. is going to be the most adorable ring bearer!
