This session is very close to my heart. Our close friends, Katelyn and Dominick, have chosen to welcome a child into their family and their hearts through adoption! When they asked me to take their pictures for their adoption book I jumped at the chance – I was so honored!
They wanted their portraits to show their true personality so we had to include Harry Potter for Katelyn and and Comic book superheroes for Dom. Oh, and we obviously couldn’t forget their 4 legged, fur babies! Lebowski is a gentle giant and Stevie is a wild puppy with TONS of energy!
We had so much fun shooting these and I feel like we captured their essence perfectly – especially the ones where they can’t contain their laughter! They are such a fun couple and have so much love to give! Adoption is a beautiful thing and I know any child will be lucky to have them as parents!
Katelyn and Dominick, I know you are destined to be amazing parents and I can’t wait to see your dream of being parents come true!
